The Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship is open to graduating U.S. citizen high school seniors who show a record of academic excellence, present evidence of financial need, and demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to community service. Recipients attend an accredited, JRF-approved four-year college or university and must not have completed more than 25% of the credits needed to graduate. Applicants do not need to be athletes or attend an HBCU. The application includes four essays, one recommendation letter, an unofficial transcript, and a CSS Profile.
The 2026 cycle's application, recommendation letter, and CSS Profile were due January 7, 2026, and applications have closed. Deadline for the upcoming cycle has not been announced yet. Check the official site.
