About this scholarship

College Bound is a promise to low-income Washington students in grades 7 through 9: sign up, or get auto-enrolled through free or reduced-price lunch or foster care status, keep a 2.0 cumulative high school GPA, and enroll in college within a year of graduating. Recipients combine it with the Washington College Grant for free public college tuition.
